Caleb Sturgis CFP®

Financial Advisor
Before joining Clarity Wealth, I spent over a decade competing at the highest levels of football. I was a two-time All-American and All-SEC selection at the University of Florida, earned SEC Special Teams Player of the Year honors, and went on to play six seasons in the NFL, where I was named to the All-Rookie Team.

My passion for financial advising began early in my career, when I suddenly found myself earning significant income at a young age. Working with a financial advisor opened my eyes to the value of sound financial planning—and the responsibility that comes with it. But it wasn’t until I stepped away from football that I truly understood how critical planning is during life’s biggest transitions.

After 11 years in a sport that shaped my identity and purpose, I found myself searching for a new one. Learning to live off investment income was a practical challenge—but the emotional transition was even harder. I had to confront the loss of structure, drive, and meaning that football once gave me.

That experience helped me discover my calling: walking alongside others as they navigate similar transitions. Whether it’s a business owner selling a company, a professional retiring after decades in an industry, or someone facing the unknown after a major life shift—transitions come with both financial and emotional weight. My role is to help clients identify what’s most important to them and design a plan that provides clarity, confidence, and purpose.

At Clarity Wealth, we believe financial plans should be as unique as the people behind them. Just like in football, where no two game plans were ever the same, we build customized strategies that reflect each client’s goals, values, and strengths—because no one thrives under a one-size-fits-all approach.

I hold the following credentials:

·         CFP® – Certified Financial Planner™
·         Series 7 – General Securities Representative Examination
·         Series 66 – Uniform Combined State Law Examination
·         2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuities License

Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and our three daughters. We’re an adventurous family—most at home outdoors or cheering on Florida Gator sports. Although injuries have slowed down my athletic pursuits, I’ve found a competitive and social outlet in pickleball, which offers a little of what I missed most from football: camaraderie, challenge, and connection.
